Captivate 7 not working

Captivate 7 won't load.  I am running OSX 10.8.5. I have uninstalled then reinstalled Captivate 7.  I have reimaged my machine, and then reinstalled the program.  Nothing is working.  It keeps getting stuck on "Loading..." I need this program for my job.  Please advise.

    I have a little more information.  I've been using Captivate successfully for the past two years (versions 5, 6, and 7). I have used 7 successfully since it's release.  I restored my system to the point of reimaging and installed only Captivate.  It launched fine.  When I installed Camtasia for Mac (another program I need) it wouldn't launch anymore.  Is there a reason those would conflict?  They haven't conflicted before.  Please help me out.  I'd like to get some work done.
