Captivate 7 & Powerpoint Animation

Hello.  I currently have Captivate 7.  I've imported a powerpoint presentation (high fidelity) with animation.  The animation will play when previewing a slide but will not play when launched via Web browser or HTML5 Output.  Can you please advise possible resolution steps for this issue?

    Does everything pause until you click to move to the next slide? If so, that means you opted for this when importing.

    Look at the slide where the animation should be happening. Do you see a Click Box object? If so, delete it and see if things improve.

    Thank you for responding.  All automation is set to start either 'with Previous' or 'After Previous'.  All 'on click' were removed prior to importing to Captivate.
