Captivate 7: Problems trimming/adjusting the end time of the CPVC slide /video demo-suggestions?

Instead of recording a video demo to a slide I chose insert CPVC slide from Insert menu.

If I go into Properties>Edit Video Demo and move the end marker my changes/edits show up there but once I exit out of editing the video and I'm within my project it still shows as being 2 minutes longer than the duration I have trimmed it to. Help please.

With the video demo slide selected in the Properties tab  I had to manually enter the correct duration next to "time" that eliminated the extra "ghost" minutes that were added on.
