Captivate 7, the Closed Captioning text does not appear in IE

The environment:

Windows 7 Sp1

Captivate 7

IE 8 and IE 10

After the flash file was generated with a caption on the bottom of the page we tested it on some computers. The caption displayed perfectly in Chrome/FF on ALL computers, as well as in IE on most of our computers, but failed to display in IE on some others. We had tried to update the flash plugin for IE on those computers, and then reinstalled the IE 8 and 10, afterwards we even restored the operating system for the pure test environment, but the caption still failed to display. We have got stuck on this problem for a while and look forward to the solution here.

Due to the company policy and the product nature I won’t be able to post a snapshot.
