Captivate 7 trial - inserting Youtube videos.

Hi,

I am trying to insert a Youtube video in a project I am producing using the trial version of Captivate 7.  The Youtube interaction does not even appear when I run the project.  And if I try using the Caption & Content slide, it doesn't accept the URL link.

Any suggestions?

    Hi There,

Can you please confirm Captivate 7 exact version ( By going to Help > About Adobe Captivate ) ?

Have you tried to preview in Web Browser after inserting YouTube interaction in your project ?

You can also download the video from YouTube on your machine locally and then insert it into Captivate by going to Video > Insert Video option at the top menu bar.

    Regards,

    Ajit

If trying to use the Youtube interaction to view Youtube videos, I suggest you test by uploading your content to a web server and testing from there, NOT from your local hard drive.  There are too many security issues that can impede things from working when testing from your local drives.
