Captivate 7 Trial version not capturing all movements

This is a new trial install and record settings are for Training, tried Auto/Manual Panning, etc. and only the last slide appears. I cannot get the software to record anything else. Is there something I am not doing?

    Hi there,

    May I know the application you are trying to capture? Can you please try recording a 'Word document' in Training mode with automatic /manual panning and see its working or not?
