Captivate 7: Using adobe.com to track open response answers.

I am trying to use adobe.Wcom to track quiz responses. When I go to enable reporting, and type in my adobe.com credentials, I get an error message"unable to login please check network connection." What could be the cause of this error and how could I fix it?
