Captivate 7 videos looping without audio!

Hello.

I've noticed an intermittant issue.  Our project is Captivate 7 and video heavey.  When testing on Fire Fox 27 I've noticed some slides play as expected then loop/replay.  I have not pre-set Captivate to loop anywhere in the settings across any slide.  Interesting to note, should a slide loop, the audio doesnt play which is also interesting.

I've double checked each slide's play bar and the video is present only once and looping is NOT checked.

Might anyone have seen this before?

Thank you

    Hi,

Just a thought - I understand the internal system is Citrix based.  Thought I'd say if that might be of help.

    Thank you

    Hello,

I'm publishing to html5.  The looping of video is random and intermittant.  The video file and audio are separate entities so I should clarify that it is the video only that loops.  This happens on FF and IE.  Our staff do not have access to Chrome.

    Thank you - Nic
