captivate 8.1 mac preloader does not work

1 problem

in settings where field link and preloader - 100%

when I change a link for picture jpg, or swf or other  file nothing has changed. When I open Scorm in server in a page I can see a standart circle whatever I put instead. (when the scorm is downloading) 

2. When I put 10% or 100% Scorm opens slowly (few sec) and with no difference with speed. (I see  a circle for second/two)

Scorm file 800 mb

also tested with 3k

Internet where server - very good.

Internet to my PS

59 mbs

15 sec ping


Very good server 2Х2000, CPU - 4gb operation memory, ssd hard disk.

Does preloader work im MAC os X?

    With an 800 megabyte SCORM I doubt you WOULD notice much difference.  Even at 10% that is still 80 meg.  Even on a good internet connection you are still limited by whatever the LMS server is capable of delivering.  IT's all still shared bandwidth no matter what you do.

    with 3 k Scorm I see circle of downloading. I afraid to immagine what will be with 50 slides with web low size picture. It will turn round for 3-4 sec before open it. It is a lot of time.
