Captivate 8 64 bit video loading error

Does anyone else get the "Fail To Load" video file error message when they attempt to insert a video using the "Event Video & Already deployed to a web server" option using Captivate 8 64 bit? The videos previewed/played just fine when we had a 32 bit version of Captivate 8, but not 64 bit. Thanks Jerry
