Captivate 8 audio plays in Play Slide mode, but not in Preview mode

I rescaled original project from 1928 x 1048 to 1280 x 720. The audio for the introduction plays when I preview the slide in the timeline, but when I preview the slide in project mode, the audio does not play.

Does anyone know why this would happen?

The Play Slide is not a Preview method, it is only meant for editing, synchronizing phase. Never rely on it to check a course. If you do not hear the audio in one of the real Preview methods, something is definitely wrong with the setup. I doubt it is linked to the rescaling of the project. Is this slide audio? Can you test with F11 or F12 (both Previews in Browser, one for HTML, other for SWF)?

I tested the project in both F11 and F12 and I still do not have audio. The strange thing is that I have audio through out the project, but it will not play in my Menu (introduction) slide.

I did change the title of this thread, because it was misleading.

So it is only this slide where slide audio (?) is not playing? Can you post a screenshot of the timeline?
