Captivate 8 background audio starts after 20 seconds

I am using Captivate 8. I have audio on approximately half of the slides and background music on the entire project.

The music does not start until 20 seconds into the project. I would like it to start at the beginning.

Please advise.

    At a guess I would say that this is how long it takes the background audio to download.

    How big is the audio clip for the background audio?  How many megabytes?

    What happens if you test by replacing the current audio clip with a very short one?  Does the background audio THEN start playing immediately?  IF so, then your issue is the size of your current audio clip.
