Captivate 8 - Can't modify Fill Color in Themes

I'm in Blackboard theme

I saved it as Modified_blackboard so that I don't mess up the original.

I'm attempting to input 60, 90 110 in RGB for fill.

It's not sticking.

Even when I move the circular "picker" the colors are not staying put.

Yikes. My Updates menu item is grayed out!

Why?

Do you have Administrator rights on your system?

Give your full version number, in case someone else still has CP8.

The "picker' is to take a color from somewhere, whether in Captivate on the stage, or in the swatches palette, or from another file in another application.

I'm using Version 8.0.0.145

I meant the circular thinggie in that square block of varied colors in the circular button.
