captivate 8 crashes when publishing video

I am publishing a small (25 slide video) but it crashes whenever I publish. I have copied slides to another blank project but it crashed... need urgent help. have deadline.

    Start hiding groups of slides in your project and then test publishing. If the issue is in one of the slides in the hidden group you should be able to successfully publish out.

    I usually try hiding one half of all slides and then the other.  If the project still crashes no matter which half is hidden, the issue is likely to be NOT on a slide but in one of the Variables or Advanced Actions in the project (perhaps use of a forbidden reserved keyword).
