Captivate 8 - Cutting off software simulation

I have recorded a software simulation and the recording screen was in the red recording area.  When I ended the recording, half the screen was cut off in the filmstrip and preview area.  Any ideas on what might cause this?

    Are you capturing on the main monitor or a secondary monitor?  If secondary monitor, recapture using only the main monitor.

    Also check your Display % settings in Windows.  Best set to 100%
