Captivate 8 distorting feedback bmp

Hello,

I am adding graphics to feedback in a drag and drop, but when I add the .bmp, the text on it becomes distorted. Any help would be helpful.

Why? Are you talking about text captions? You can type in custom captions, why would you put the text in the bmp? I think there is some misunderstanding. Moreover, since version 6 you can use shapes as feedback containers.  A shape can be filled with images, and you can type text in it as well.

Why bmp? Not an answer of course, but I have not used that in eons. You cannot use SVG in 8 (which would be the best) but did you try PNG? How do you 'add graphics to feedback'? Are you using the actions for the D&D to show custom feedbacks or are you using the default feedback captions (or shapes)?

Not for feedback you can not. Has to be .bmp
