Captivate 8 - eLearning module on eDOCEO LMS doesn't work

Hello,

We have created eLEarning modules and published them in SCORM2004 in order to upload them in an edoceo LMS.

The publishing and the upload are ok, but when we launch the eLearning we have two kind of behavior.

First case :

- first slide (an animated logo) is ok

- second slide (title) is ok

- third slide (a flash companion and associated audio) is not ok : companion appears, started to talk, then disappear with a fade away effect (??)

Second case :

- same as before for first and second slide

- third slide is ok

- fourth slide presents à summary with links to various chapter of the eLearning, whatever the chapter i choose the waiting pointer appears and nothing more happen

Additional informations :

- client browser is IE8, the eLearning is correctly read on IE8 if we do not use the LMS to launch it (i mean if i launch it locally)

- the eLearning module size are around 17-20 Mo

- the communication is activated, and there is a quizz needed to be passed to validate the eLearning.

I do not event know if the issue is coming from my SCORM settings or from something in the module that causes technical issue when read from the LMS.

Thanks for your help, any clue will be useful !

Kind regards,

Vincent

Upload the same content SCORM to SCORM Cloud online LMS to test.  That will tell you whether or not the issue is in your module or your LMS.

Thank you RodWard!

I have tried the scorm cloud with a trial account and the module is played correctly.

Now my client is listenning to me... And we have an appointment with edoceo to troubleshoot the issue.
