Captivate 8 errors

Hello,

after installing captivate 8 (win 8.1 64bit) when i run the program i get this error.

and the second error is when i wanted to import power point file i get this error.

and it close Captivate.

I appreciate any help.

    If possible, create a new user account or enable the Built-in Administrator on your computer.

    Launch Command Prompt using search in Windows 8

    Right click on Command Prompt and choose "Run As Administrator"

    Type this command : net user administrator /active:yes  and hit Enter

    Log out from your user account and log in with Administrator

    Launch Adobe Captivate 8 from that account

    Does this happen when you launch Adobe Captivate with a different user account of your computer ? (Built-in Administrator)

    No, i have a one user account on the computer and every time i lunch the captivate this errors comes up.
