Captivate 8 has embedded video that won't load when published

I am using Captivate 8. I have embedded a Vimeo video. The embedded video loads in Preview mode. However, the embedded video will not display when published. I have many projects that I am working on with this issue.  How can I troubleshoot this?

I should add that I did Objects>Web and then incerted the embed code from Vimeo. I also tried a youtube video to see if it was something wonky with the Vimeo, but that did not load when published, either.

I attempted to go into the zipped published folder and deleting the .html file because I read that it wouldn't load properly if it was isn the folder...but that did not work either.

Are you testing this after uploading to a web server?  If not, try that.  Anything that involves widgets/learning interactions in Captivate should really be tested from a web server.

I have tested the published version  on a web server.  Unfortunately, that is where I am running into the error rmessage.  I am using IBM's Kenexa LMS which is web based.

Kenexa is giving us an API error message also, and we are hoping that once we get the patch for that error taken care of, it will also solve our video loading error.  I will keep you posted.

However, I welcome other troubleshooting ideas.
