Captivate 8: How do I close this window?

I am not sure what to call it but how do I close this window and prevent it from popping up again please?

Oh and is there a way to minimize the icon sizes on the toolbar?

    About the icon sizes...

    Assuming you mean these?

    If so... nope. Can't change them.
