Captivate 8 html publishing issues

Hi,

Recently I started experiencing issues when I publish out my projects in html5 format only. everything seems to be working except there're blue boxes appearing everything the buttons are clicked. Please see the screen shot below. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you very much.
