Captivate 8 issue

I am running Captivate 8 in Windows 7. I can preview a completed slide but I cannot preview  a project. I keep getting "SWF compilation failed" I've tried a couple of the recommended solutions to no avail. Any suggestions?

    Which resolution did you try? Are you running Captivate as Administrator? Did you change the paths for Projects and Cache? The default paths are automatically added to Flash trusted locations, but if you change them you have to set them up yourself. Can you Preview in HTML Browser (F11), which doesn't use Flash?

    I just wanted to help, but apparently you don't like my questions. They were based on my experience with similar problems. OK, will leave you alone, since you start to yell (capital letters mean yelling).
