captivate 8 loading issue

We have a created a course in captivate 8 and 9. We have used with media files (audio,video, images). We are facing performance issue while checking this course in iOS through SCORM cloud. Please assist us to resolve this issue ASAP.

    How many megabytes in the course module?  What is the end user's bandwidth?  Which specific iOS devices are you testing on?

    Hi Rod,

    Thanks for your response. Below is the info

    Course 1 - 48 MB

    Course 2 - 32 MB

    Bandwidth - 2mbps

    iOS - 8.1+ and 9.1

    I think you need to make your course modules a lot smaller.  5-10 megabytes per module would be better.

    iOS 8 and 9 are NOT devices.  Those OSs could be on anything from an iPad 2 to an iPad Pro.  These devices have vastly different processing powers and RAM configurations. You're not comparing apples with apples.
