I can not get any font to go larger than 100pt. Is this a bug?

I'm using a blank CP8 project from scratch. Nothing fancy. You can type in whatever font size above 100 that you want but your'e only going to get 100. If you click outside the font size box and back in you'll see it's gone back to 100.

The copy-paste trick works but the point size increases by a factor of 1.33 (200pt becomes 266pt) and any changes to the size dumps it back down to 100.

It's also pretty annoying and time wasting that I can no longer scroll through the font size 1pt at a time.

I see now. Indeed, I miss that scrubber a lot, not only for font size but also for margins. Don't understand why they got rid of it, for some editing it is still there, I even saw a scrubber in the Theme Colors Management where it has no sense at all.

Yes please bring the scrubber back! Taking the scrubber away is a step back. Could you imagine if they tried to do that in any other Adobe product. Wow what a firestorm that would be.

    Hi,

Font size is limited to 100. we will fix this.Alternatively, To get bigger font size, can you copy-paste text with say 200 font from Microsoft Word and keep source formatting?

Let us know if that works fine.

    Thanks,

    Sankaram.

    Hi Sankaram,

Are you talking about Responsive projects? Because in a normal project (was created from scratch) I was able to use bigger font size.

Strange, just checked and I could insert 250pt as font size? Are you talking about a normal or a responsive project?
