Captivate 8: Preloader won't display

In Captivate 8, the preloader will display locally, but not when published. Has anyone else encountered this issue and/or know of a resolution?

Welcome to Adobe Forums,

Could you please tell me the version of Captivate you are using (Go to Help > About Adobe Captivate) ?

Also tell me the published output is swf / HTML5 ?

Please try yo switch browsers and see if that works for you.

Hi Himanshu,

I have version 8.0.1.242. (Note: There are not any available updates for my version at this time).

The output is swf.

I've tried launching the course in every browser except Internet Explorer.
