Captivate 8 Responsive slides are blank

Whenever shapes marked as a button is placed on a responsive slide, all content on that slide is blank on project preview or publishing. Even when new buttons (smart shapes, text)  is placed on a previously responsive project all content on the slide is blank. If I create any other type of project then smart shapes as buttons appear on preview or published files. I've also tried a new responsive file and the same behavior occurs.

I rebooted my workstation (MS 8.1/64) and the problem remained. What is wrong?

I learned the reason my slides were blank is Firefox doesn't support many of the features found in Captivate, at least using a responsive template.

My version number is 8.0.1.242 | At this point I’ve decided that downloading and reinstalling Captivate is all the options I have. Thanks for your inquiry. Let me know if you have a solution. Chuck Schutz

Are you sure the button isn't just pausing the slide timeline BEFORE the other objects are due to appear on the timeline?  Buttons will pause by default about 1.5 seconds in.

Rod,

I’ve reviewed my timeline and the objects are set together for 11.5 seconds. The issue seems that whenever any object has an action (I’ve only tried advanced) that all objects on the slide are not visible.
