Captivate 8 Responsive Text Formatting Issues (Quiz and Bullets)

I have three issues with my Captivate 8 Responsive project (I'm running the latest version of Captivate with updates).

1. Bullets (using the bullet functionality in Captivate) don't appear

2. In the quiz (Tablet view), the multiple choice text formatting is cut off and very misaligned (Primary view works fine though).

3. The TOC custom button is cutting off the title. I've changed the graphic size a few times (it's currently 13x13), but it appears to be scaling up in the Tablet view.
