Captivate 8 - setting for one course that work on multiple systems including iPad 2 and IE8

My client is asking me to publish a series of courses that will work on all of the following platforms:

PCs with XP & Win 7 with IE, Chrome, & Firefox

PCs with Windows 7, IE8, Java Runtime (JRE) 1.6.0_24-b07 and FlashPlayer 11.8.800.174

An iPad 2

MacBook

They use SuccessFactors.

Has anyone successfully done this or anything close to this? If so, can you share your settings or any tricks you had to do make it work in all situations?
