Captivate 8 Slowness

Hello,

I'm experiencing slowness in the computers at our company.
The users are using the files locally and not in the shared drive and the computers itself have high specs.

16Gb RAM

Intel Xeon 2.80GHz 64bit

Any thoughts on why we experience this much slowness ?
