Captivate 8 small captions in HTML 5 output

I am trying to publish an HTML 5 from Captivate 8. The closed captions appear very small despite settings in Captivate being set to Arial 14 pt. Also, the keyboard focus in preview is a thick, yellow rectangle, but in the output file, it is a barely visible white outline. What can I do to fix these?
