Captivate 8; Videos in MP4 format in elearning doesn´t work on android tablet- why?

Hi,

I´m working on a project in Captivate 8 and I have inserted a video in MP4 format. When I publish my project, it works fine on my PC but when I open the same project on a Samsung tablet (S4), there´s only a black square where I have inserted the video. Does anyone recognize this problem with videos in captivate 8 projects that doesn´t work on android tablets?

Have you tested on other android devices?

Did you convert the video from some other format to MP4? If yes, something could have gone wrong during conversion.

And....with any HTML5 content, always test from a web server.
