Captivate 9.0 course published as SCORM 1.2 is appearing within fixed window size of IE 11. End learner cannot resize window. How to fix?

When publishing a SCORM 1.2 using Captivate 9.0, the course launches within the LMS within a fixed window (end user's last viewed size) in IE 11.  LMS vendor tell us that there is a setting in Captivate 9.0 that is causing this.  Where do I find it?

    To check what the LMS vendor tells, can you upload to SCORM Cloud?

    Indeed, uploaded same Scorm 1.2 file to SCORM.COM and all worked fine using

    IE 11. I will need to share these results with vendor for more

    consideration towards their LMS portal. Thanks for your suggestions.

    Indeed, SCORM Cloud is the standard, and proves that the problem is not with Captivate but with your LMS. It is pretty easy always to 'accuse' Captivate as being the cause of issues, seems to be a common behavior with LMS vendors.
