Captivate 9 404 error

I just bought a new computer and am getting a local host 404 error everytime I try to preview my captivate 9 project. I tried the fix with my username, but that didn't resolve the issue. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I was also having this error but was able to resolve it with the help of Adobe Support.

    If you're building Responsive projects and using the Edge Inspect preview, check these requirements.

    For other HTML5 previews where the 404 error is occurring, you may need to replace a file called CivetWeb.exe that lives deep down inside the Captivate installation directory.
