Captivate 9 Advanced Actions are breaking the module

This is so unbelievably frustrating. Originally I had built a module in Captivate 8 and then converted it to 9. Afterwards the whole module would publish, but wouldn't upload to the internet - I got the spinning wheel, but nothing appeared.

Now I rebuilt that whole module in Captivate 9 and published it every few slides, it uploaded great - UNTIL I added advanced actions (standard actions at that). Now it won't upload again. I removed the advanced actions, but still it won't upload anymore. I'm very, very frustrated with this upgrade and wish I hadn't upgraded to 9. Very frustrated.

I've never seen a situation where merely HAVING Advanced Actions inside a published file prevented it from uploading to the internet.

Are you perhaps talking about your LMS not accepting it as a SCORM package when you say 'upload'?

Could you be a bit more specific about what these Advanced Actions do?  How did you confirm they caused the upload failure (e.g. if removing them entirely enabled the upload again, what about simply NOT executing them but leaving them in)?
