Captivate 9 Advanced Actions (playing audio)

I'm using Advanced Actions to have audio play when the user clicks on a button. When I preview the project, the audio cuts off at times on the various buttons. Sometimes it works, though, so I'm not sure what the problem is.  I'm wondering if the audio cuts off after clicking on a button when another button is actually still playing in the background.  Has anyone encountered this problem and knows of a solution?
