Captivate 9 Advanced Quiz Settings

I'm updating a course I started in Captivate 5.5, which had an option for advanced settings. This feature allowed each multiple choice answer to have it's own customized feedback. The feature works fine in Captivate 8 when I preview it as HTML5 in Browser. However, when I import it into Captivate 9, the course freezes after selecting any answer option.

Does anyone know if Captivate 9 removed the advanced quiz settings for customized answers?

Is there a different reason my course might be freezing?

My version is actual 9.0.0.421.

I added an advanced action to show/hide hints. When the hints were rollovers, it worked fine, but these do not display in HTML5. So I tried implementing the same thing using a Show/Hide button for the hints. This may be what's interrupting Captivate from working properly.

Sure, but Hint captions (or shapes, depending on your settings) are not real rollover IMO. Did you try them out on HTML?

Please update, there were issues with the version you mention, don't remember exactly their nature.

I did try them out in HTML5. Whenever I tried answering a question, the course would freeze after I clicked the Submit button.

Nothing changed, advanced answer is still available the same way as in CP8. There must be another reason for your problem. Upgrading questions over many versions often leads to problems, but since it worked in CP8.

Can you check the version number? It should be 9.0.2.437.
