Captivate 9 Aggregator TOC checkmark issue

Hello all,

When I publish my files and play them, the checkmarks appear successfully after each slide. However, when I add the swf files to Aggregator and publish them, checkmarks do not appear for CERTAIN slides. I noticed that this only happens to the last slide (summary) of each lesson. The summary slide has a Next button that links to the next lesson. I also have a main Welcome page/slide in the beginning which has a Begin Module button which takes the user to the first lesson. The checkmark does not appear for the Welcome page as well. I noticed that when I navigate between slides using the TOC, the checkmark would appear for the summary slide but not the Welcome page. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I've used older aggregators and I don't remember having checkmark problems. I only have this checkmark issue when I aggregate the lessons. There is no checkmark issue when the lessons are played independently of aggregator. PLEASE help!

Other info:

-LMS is turned off

-using Captivate 9.0.0.23 (unable to upgrade to 9.0.2.437 because company disabled sw updates and I don't have admin privileges to rename the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0\AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat file to enable updates.

Here is the basic layout of my lessons:

Welcome page** (contains Begin Module button which links to Lesson 1)

Lesson 1

-Intro (contains Next button that continues to next slide)

-Content slides (each slide has a Next button that continues to next slide)

-Summary* (contains Next button that links to Lesson 2)

Lesson 2

-Intro (contains Next button that continues to next slide)

-Content slides (each slide has a Next button that continues to next slide)

-Summary* (contains Next button that links to Lesson 3)

Lesson 3

-Intro (contains Next button that continues to next slide)

-Content slides (each slide has a Next button that continues to next slide)

-Summary*  (contains Next button that links to Complete the Course)

Complete the Course

* = checkmark will not appear after clicking Next which is linked to next lesson (issue is only present when published in Aggregator). However, checkmark will appear if you navigate using the TOC

** = checkmark will not appear at all (even via TOC navigation)
