Captivate 9 AICC file not running on SuccessFactors LMS

I have a basic 3 slide captivate 9 project, the only content on each slide is a text box. I have published with AICC reporting enabled.

When its uploaded to SuccessFactors LMS and launched we cant get past the loading spinner. I have tried uploading to scorm cloud and it works fine on my windows 10, ie11 or chrome environment, however if I test the scormcloud package on a Windows 2012 server with IE9,10,11 i get the same issue (spinning loader)

Captivate version:  9.0.2.437

Anyone come accross anything similar? Any suggestions?

Thanks

Gary

This can occur for a number of reasons. One reason might be that your LMS or your web server is not set up for the JSON mime type. to reduce the overall load time of your eLearning course version 9.0.2.437 converts some files to JSON format. If this mime type is not enabled on your LMS or web server nothing much will load. Talk to your I.T, person and have them check if this mime type is enabled. For an I.T. person this shouldn't take more than about 10 seconds to implement.

Thanks Paul, I will check out if they have the JSON mime type enabled. Is there any other things obvious reasons that could cause this. I don't have access the admin interface so providing a few things to check could be really helpful!

Appreciate your input on this!

I would also suggest that you take your current AICC package and upload it to SCORM Cloud online LMS, which also supports AICC.

If the same package that doesn't work on your own LMS seems to work fine on SCORM Cloud, then that gives you extra leverage when you try to get the IT people involved in working out the issue.  Knowing that the issue isn't likely to be the Captivate content really helps.
