Captivate 9 and 2017 - part of background shifts down at end of slide after Software Simulation

For work, I was using Captivate 9 and recently upgraded to CC/2017. We use Software Simulation a lot. Unfortunately, almost every single slide on every single project I see the section of the background that was clicked during capture shift down slightly at the end of each slide.

Example: the slide/screenshot captures everything properly. I click OK to launch new screen. Review said step in Captivate, everything looks OK initially. Final second of the slide, OK button shifts downward.

This is happens to the Background layer. If I remove all other objects from the slide, the OK button still moves. This doesn't always show up in preview, but always after it's published.

Also, due to network security, I won't be able to share any examples. Everything is locked down.

When you recorded the software simulation, was the display percentage of the monitor set to 100%?

I think I am onto the cause and plan to troubleshoot my thought process today. I noticed the project dimensions are about 30 pixels shorter than the recording dimensions, but I don't see any option to change them. The recording dimensions are set to "project size" but are still too tall.

I'm going to start a new project and try to ensure the dimensions match.

That could be due to the issue that Lilybiri pointed out to you.  Make sure your display percentage is 100%.
