Captivate 9 and Creating PDF

I have Adobe Captivate 9. I am trying to publish a document as a PDF for a person, who does not have access to the LMS we are using to see. I have gone to Publish (for devices) and can do it with SCORM 1.2 but I can't find where to publish with PDF. Is this a capability with Captivate 9, how do I do this?

An interactive PDF is using the Flash Player. Since you seem to create a responsive project, it is not possible to have output to Flash, that is the reason why you cannot publish to PDF neither. Same problem with a standalone file (exe), which is also Flash-based.
