Captivate 9 and Text-to-Speech voices

I have Windows 10 and I have not been able to install and download Neospeech voices. I have Captivate 8 and 9.

I need your help!

Hey all — I work at an AI research lab in Seattle where we've built a text-to-speech engine that produces speech that's nearly indistinguishable from the human voice. The voices are far less robotic than Amazon Polly and other providers (we think!) and could be used in production.

I can emphasize with your situation, but it's not clear what help you need from the forums?

You say you have not been able to install and download Neospeech voices, and that you have CP8 and CP9.

Is the download complete?

Have you checked the downloads page in the webbrowser for a message?

Have you check the downloads folder to see if the package was received?

Are you running Captivate / Windows 10 as administrator?

You will likely need Windows administrator access to install the Neospeech package?

Are you on your own, or in a corporate environment?

     If you have corporate IT support, see if they can remote to your machine to help with the installation and testing to verify it works.

Sorry to pelt you with questions, but it'd difficult to offer advice with limited information provided.

Tell us what you did, what you see, and what errors have been reported.

Hi,

Thanks so much for your questions. I am using my own computer with Window 10. I did not have problems with NeoSpeech before installing Windows 10. When I installed the new operating system, many things were wiped out. I went to Adobe download page, and searched for information. When I tried to install the system by executing the set-up.exe file, I get the following error.

So, I clicked to get the Adobe Support Advisor, and I cannot find it anywhere. You may be able to point me to the right link where I can download the Adobe Support Advisor that will allow me to initialize the setup.
