Captivate 9 Asset Limit

Hello,

After downloading about 100 character poses from the eLearning Brothers site through Captivate 9, my coworker is now seeing a "LIMIT EXCEEDED" message:

100 might sound like a lot, but that's individual poses, not complete character sets, since that eLearning Brothers website makes you download each pose individually. Please don't tell me there's a 100-asset limit on the "25,000+ assets" we're supposed to get with Captivate 9. How do we fix this?

We emailed eLearning Brothers support and found out there is a 100 asset per day limit. They were quick to respond and graciously reset our account limit for today.

Thanks for posting this reply,  planned to contact eLearning Brothers myself. It would be so much easier if you could download a character package instead of each pose separately!
