Captivate 9 assets not downloading

I recently loaded Captivate 9, including voices and assets. I work on a network.

When I click the Assets button it does open the Learning Brothers assets - no problem - I just can't download any of them.  The download status starts, i.e., downloaded 0% or with some assets 57%, but then it just stops and eventually crashes Captivate 9.

I been in contact with Adobe Support and they haven't been able to figure it out.  Is this happening to anyone else?  Does anyone has suggestions?  We primarily bought Captivate 9 for the assets and now I'm a little frustrated that I can't use them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am also having the same exact problem. Was this issue ever resolved?

Could you please clarify more about what you mean by: "I work on a network."

That might be part of your issue.

Hi Rod...so glad you replied to my problem.  I figure if anyone can help me it's you.  I work on a large hospital network (over 12,000 users).  I get this message when I open Captivate as an administrator.  I click Allow access.

I am not very network-savy but here is what I see when I look at my network connection.

As I mentioned, it will connect me to the eLearning Brothers assets through the Asset library, but it just won't let me download anything.  Yet, when I go to their site outside of Captivate, it's fine.

Really hoping you might have something suggestions.

    Cheers.

Have you tried downloading assets from the Learning Brothers and installing them manually?

You may find some directions on their site, I would think.
