Captivate 9: Audio and Slide progression problems in HTML5 testing.

I'm in the process of converting a 20 question quiz for use as an HTML5 file, all is going fine, it works great as an swf in a browser but when I test in as an HTML5 in a browser the glitches start.

1: I'm getting Audio from the final slide playing during the quiz  after about 6 questions(always at the same point)

2: I have a mixture of Random questions selecting from Question pools and some fixed  D & D questions (ie 4 random and the 1 fixed, another 4 random and then a fixed and so on) the first couple of progressions from Random to fixed work fine, but the final progression (from a random to a D & D) won't let me progress either with the submit or next button. If I hide the offending D & D slide the quiz progresses ok but then won't progress passed the last question to the Quiz results file!!

Any help please?

For anyone having the same issues as I had, I have now resolved the further progression issue. I added a blank slide after every question with the project background on it and a duration of 0.1 secs. This eliminated all the issues and it now run smoothly on HTML5

Further to my Question, I have now solved the Audio issue with the work a round of putting a small pice of silent audio on each question in the question pools.

Still got the same 'Progression' issue which only happen if I use 6 or more questions!!
