Captivate 9: Background Audio Changes When Published as Compared to Preview

I'm using the trial of Captivate 9. My video contains background and slide audio. When I preview the project, it's fine. But once I publish it, the background audio speeds up to play in a quicker tempo and does not fade to a diminished volume during slides with audio.

Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks!

Hi, I am finding the same problem! In the preview (browser or any) it works fine, then when I publish it is glitching, it sounds like there are two tracks playing over the top of each other?

Has anyone got a fix for this?

Has anyone successfully published a file to MP4 that contains both background audio and slide audio in Captivate 9?
