Captivate 9 - Blurry Slides Post Upgrade to Windows 10

OS:  Windows 10 Captivate:  9.02.437

We recently upgraded to Windows 10 after which all HTML5 published project are visually 'blurry'.  We're importing a PPT then laying audio over them for an e-learning course.  This used to work perfectly right before the upgraded, however, we're not sure if this was something that was incidental or if there is a setting missing somewhere that we need to add or remove.  

We imported using High Fidelity option, and also tried creating a brand new project.  We've also tried viewing it in SCORM Cloud and launching it locally, for some reason it always comes out blurry.  

Anyone experience this before?

    Windows 10 often has default screen resolution settings of 125% rather than 100%.  Check your display settings in Windows 10 to see if this might perhaps be the issue regarding clarity of the content.
