Captivate 9 - Captivate Voice not getting installed in the right folder

My Captivate 9 is installed at: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 9 x64

During runtime when installer prompt, where the Adobe Captivate Voice should be installed.

    Is this a typo?. Do you still use that old version 9 or are you on one of the version of CP2019: version 11, 11.5 or 11.8? From the path you mention it is indeed CP9 (9 years old?).

    Adobe Voices: default path is directly under Program Files, not under the Adobe nor the Adobe Captivate folder.

    Did not work when VT files are at: 

    • C:\Program Files\VT
    • C:\Program Files\Adobe Captivate Voices\VT

    Three years back I was able to install the voice, but did not remember the path now.

    Our company is getting the desired result from Captrivate 9.
