Captivate 9 - Certificate won't display on published lesson

I am using Captivate 9.0.2.437 and when I preview my project the Certificate of Completion displays just fine. When I publish to an SWF file and load it to my google site, and then run it, the certificate doesn't display, it just shows a blank, gray, page. I am using a Learning Interaction, but have also tried inserting it as a widget and am having the same issue regardless. I don't speak a lot of computer jargon, so any help I get will need to be in plain English or with step-by-step instructions.

Please help,

Robin

If you updated from a previous release of Captivate 9, you may need to follow all the steps found on the 9.0.2 Release Notes page:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/release-note/captivate-9-0-2-release-notes.html

Most importantly is step 2 after the upgrade, where you delete your old Widgets to force Captivate to install updated widgets (Learning Interactions).
