Captivate 9 - Consistent Error message

I receive this error 95% of the time when I open Captivate 9 opens:

This has been happening for about a week.  I have uninstalled the application and reinstalled but I still receive this error. 

Help please!!!

What version are you on?

9.0.2.437 is currently the latest.  If you're not up there, update immediately.
