Captivate 9 course published for Sumtotal STOPPED WORKING WHEN UPGRADED TO 10.3.2
I created several courses in Captivate 9 to be published in our LMS (sumtotal). One was published about 6 months ago, prior to upgrading iOS, and was working fine on the iPad. However, it is not playing now. Another course I published today and it won't play on the iPad.
It seems to be having problems on the startup page. When I play start in Sumtotal a pop up blocker message displays. I have turned off my pop up blocker so not sure why I am receiving this message.
The course will run if I start it outside of the LMS. I also ran it through SCORM CLOUD and have no issues. Please advise if there are any known issues. I am stuck.
Any help would be appreciated. I did just send this over to the Captivate team.
